Yen Press acquires new Spice and Wolf light novels

If the end of Spice and Wolf's light novel series left you hearning for more, then fear not - there are still more stories to be told in the world of Lawrence and Holo, and Yen Press have confirmed that they'll be bringing these stories from author Isuna Hasekura to the west.

Thus, the following two titles have now been confirmed for a 2017 release:

SPICE AND WOLF, Volume 18: Spring Log — A collection of short stories originally serialized in Dengeki Bunko Magazine, these tales revisit the world of Lawrence and Holo in celebration of the series’ tenth anniversary.

SPICE AND WOLF NEW THEORY: Parchment and Wolf, Vol. 1 — The beginning of a new adventure! Featuring Myuri, Lawrence and Holo’s daughter, the world of SPICE AND WOLF opens anew!

In addition to this, it's been confirmed that all seventeen volumes of the original Spice and Wolf series will be made available digitally via the usual retailers - there's no news on whether this will include UK availability, but as Yen Press now have worldwide rights outside of Japan for the series we certainly hope so!
