Following on from Viz Media's announcements earlier in the show, publisher Dark Horse Comics also had some new licenses to show off at Los Angeles' Anime Expo.
Topping the bill is Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, a single volume series based upon GAINAX's original comedy anime series. No release date has been confirmed for this release at the time of writing.
Also picked up by the publisher is The Art of Satoshi Kon, a book of illustrations and notes compiled from the late director's TV, film and manga work.
Another addition to the company's slate is Tony Takezaki's Neon Genesis Evangelion, a single-volume spoof of the original Neon Genesis Evangelion manga.
In other news, the company confirmed that releases of Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service will resume after a period on hiatus, with three omnibus editions planned to re-release the first twelve volumes of the series followed by indiviual volume releases starting with volume 14.
In something of a similar vein, it's also been confirmed that Oh My Goddess! will be re-released in omnibus editions to celebrate its 20th anniversary, spanning fifteen volumes with improved paper quality, larger artwork and additional colour inserts.
