Ross founded the UK Anime Network waaay back in 1995 and works in and around the anime world in his spare time.
Anime Ltd have announced their acquisition of Director Makoto Shinkai's latest feature, Weathering With You, whereby a boy runs away to Tokyo to meet a girl who has the power to manipulate the weather.
The film will be in theatres some time next year, presumably a home release will follow.
