The Winter Cicada Is Streaming Now On OceanVeil

OceanVeil have announced that they've released The Winter Cicada on their streaming platform. The series is a 3 episode yaoi OVA that was originally released in 2007, is set during the Meiji era and is loosely based on the manga "Embracing Love".
