SH Figuarts to release Jamiroquai front man Jay Kay in November

We love a bit of British/Japanese cross cultural exchange, but this has to be the most out-of-left-field release I've seen in years!

Bandai's SH Figuarts line is adding Funk and Acid Jazz band Jamiroquai front man Jay Kay to their line up, featuring his outfit from the multi award winning Virtual Insanity music video.

MTV presented the 1997 award for Best Music Video to the group's visual feast, which featured the singer, walls and furniture sliding smoothly across the screen in seemingly impossible ways, accompanied by a memorable tune that bagged a Grammy for best vocal performance, despite peaking at number 3 in the UK pop charts (it only made it to number one in Iceland).

The figure will cost 9,900 Yen and will be released in November.
