SH Figuarts returns to Ranma

Brand new figures for the new series

Written by Ross Locksley on 30 Sep 2025

Good news for Ranma fans who have been eyeing up the 2016 SH Figuarts figures that go for ludicrous prices; the figure line is creating brand new figures based on the new series, with both male/female Ranma and Shampoo announced to start shipping March 2026, pre-orders going live October 1st.

A shame we have to forego Shampoo in her battle outfit yet again, though it is nice to see Ranma-chan's clothes being baggier than the original release.

The previous series also included Akane, Genma and Ryoga, so fingers crossed that they get updates and more are added this time! My votes go to Kodachi, Ukyo and Mousse to round out the cast please!

Retailing at 9,000 yen each (or around £45) this should be a gift for Ranma fans. From what we've seen, the new figures feature more details in the clothing (especially around the collars which now have linings) and colours that adhere to the new anime, with pastel shades across the board.
