Not content with smashing the anime adaptation of One Piece, Netflix have ordered a third season of Alice in Borderland, a live-action adaptation of Haro Aso's manga (which spawned a short 3 episode anime in 2014).
Arguably Alice in Borderland has also been wildly successful, being Netflix Japan's top show, and appearing in the top 10 in over 90 countries on the release of its second season in December 2022, proving it deserves as much acclaim as One Piece when it comes to smashing the anime adaptation glass ceiling.
