In a rare appearance, I discuss the legacy of Elfen Lied on its 20th anniversary with censorship podcaster Mark of Skinny E Media. Known for its hyper violence at a time when anime had skewed away from its early "video nasty" reputation, Elfen Lied stood out for its shock value and captivating design work.
