Capcom's hit shooter Devil May Cry is making its way to Netflix in April 2025, in a series directed by Adi Shankar (Showrunner on Castlevania) and animated by Studio Mir.
The game series made its debut in 2001, with the latest installment, Peak of Combat, hitting shelves in January of this year. Its been an extremely popular franchise for Capcom, and this isn't even the first animated adaptation. A 12 part series was released in 2007 from Madhouse but received lukewarm reviews, so hopes are hight that Shankar can repeat his success with Castlevania.
