British museum manga exhibit announced

Via the official British museum website comes the announcement of an exhibition dedicated to manga

The exhibition, which takes place from the 23 May till the 26th of August of this year will, according to the site "explore manga’s global appeal and cultural crossover, showcasing original Japanese manga and its influence across the globe, from anime to ‘cosplay’ dressing up."

Tickets are on sale now, priced £19.50, with under 16s allowed in free. Additionally there will be a 2-for-1 tickets deal for students on Fridays.
