Beatless Anime to premiere on January 12th

The official Beatless website has announced that the anime adaptation of the Satoshi Hase and redjuice novel will air on the Animeism programming block on MBS, TBS and BS-TBS Japanese TV stations. Where this involves we Western folk is the fact that Amazon Prime will be simulcasting titles in this block exclusively, which means we should get to see it around the same time, on January 12th.

Tokyo Otaku Mode serialised the novel on their website, and is still available for those wanting to see what's on the way.

Synopsis:

AI has advanced to the level where artficial humans are being created with materials more complex than any seen before - why are these artifical life-forms appearing, and what is there purpose? After a chance encounter with one such being called Laica, 17 year-old Arato Endo may be about to find out...
