Baki the Grappler Season 2 Release Date Announced

<p>Series to return to Netlfix as part of a simultaneous worldwide release</p>

Just as manga props up the failing US comic book market, so anime is seen by streaming services as a way of replacing content lost to Disney+ and other competitors. To this end, the production team behind Baki announced on their website that the series would return on June 4th 2020, 18 months after season one aired in December 2018.

"Baki" Daitsudaisai is scheduled to be broadcast worldwide on NETFLIX from Thursday, June 4, 2020! !

What is waiting in China for the dying Banema Baki ...! !"


12 new characters will make their debut in the new series.

  • Yoshiyuki Kouno as Son Kaiō
  • Yasuhiko Kawazu as Yō Kaiō
  • Daichi Endō as Mon Kaiō
  • Ryuuzo Hasuike as Jo Kaiō
  • Hiroaki Ishikawa as Mō Kaiō
  • Takanori Hoshino as Samwan Kaiō
  • Tomoaki Ikeda as Ri Kaiō
  • Satoshi Taki as Han Kaiō
  • Yutaka Aoyama as Juku Kaiō
  • Hideaki Tezuka as Shobun Ron
  • Hiroki Yasumoto as Shunsei Kaku
