Anime Ltd's new hire seems to have scored his first distribution deal for the firm, as Miles Thomas' former employer Crunchyroll is now teaming up with them to promote a "movie of the month" event.
12 films will be shown over 12 months, each airing for 1 month. While most of these will be limited to the UK and Ireland, some of the films will be available to fans in the US as well.
The series begins on May 1st with Penguin Highway, and will continue as follows:
•1st June 2021: “Patema Inverted” (UK/IE)
•1st July 2021: “The Relative Worlds ” (UK/IE, USA)
•1st August 2021: “Promare” (UK/IE)
•1st September 2021: “Giovanni's Island” (UK/IE)
•1st October 2021: “Mai Mai Miracle” (UK/IE, USA)
•1st November 2021: “Fireworks” (UK/IE)
•1st December 2021: “Tokyo Marble Chocolate” (UK/IE, USA)
•1st January 2022: “5CM Per Second” (UK/IE)
•1st February 2022: “Your Name ” (UK/IE)
•1st March 2022: “Children Who Chase Lost Voices” (UK/IE)
•1st April 2022: “The Place Promised in Our Early Days” (UK/IE)
