Youtuber Paulo FromTokyo has collaborated with anime production studio P.A. Works and director Shu Honma as he works on the TV series MAYONAKA PUNCH (translates to Midnight Punch).
The video follows the director as he attends to all the duties of the day, working with a huge staff of over 200 to create the series. It's a fascinating insight into the industry, so take a look and enjoy the insight:
