New Releases - 20th March 2017

Good morning folks. Did you hear that there's a live-action Ghost in the Shell movie coming to cinemas this month? You did? Oh, that's good.

If you're somehow in the market for some good, old-fashioned, animated Ghost in the Shell, then Manga Entertainment certainly have you covered today. We have the original Ghost in the Shell on DVD and Blu-ray, a Ghost in the Shell Double Pack containing both movies for each format, and three feature-length iterations of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on DVD and Blu-ray, those being The Laughing Man, Individual 11 and Solid State Society.

Another Major release for the week (do you see what we did there?) comes from Anime Limited, as their store-exclusive release of the Mobile Suit Gundam Movie Trilogy arrives on Blu-ray over a week early. Yes, we did just use the words Gundam and "early" in the same sentence. We'll have a review for you soon, so stay-tuned.

Elsewhere, Funimation Entertainment brings us Heavy Object - Part 1 on both DVD and Blu-ray (review coming soon, incidentally), while MVM Entertainment treats us to the Busou Shinki: Armored War Goddess Complete Series Collection on both formats.
