Documentary Enter the Anime arrives on Netflix

Written by Ross Locksley on 05 Aug 2019

Netflix have released a fascinating documentary on the anime industry called Enter the Anime.

The documentary, which runs for 58 minutes, features notable names behind some of the most iconic anime series and cultural touchstones of the last 30 years, including:

Shinji Aramaki - the legendary production designer for BubbleGum Crisis, Appleseed and even the Transformers TV series (squee!)

Kozo Morishita - Director of Saint Seiya and Dragon Ball

Yoko Takahashi - the artist who performed Cruel Angel's Thesis for Neon Genesis Evangelion

It's a fascinating piece of work and well worth an hour of your time.

Enter The Anime is available now on Netflix.
