Expect the trickle of streaming announcements to turn into a flood now that the New Year is upon us and the winter season kicks into gear. For now though, today brings us just one more announcement from Crunchyroll to follow on from the initial batch of titles we noted at the weekend.
The title in question is a sequel in the form of Ai-Mai-Mi Surgical Friends, bringing us the return of this madcap short comedy series. Here's the synopsis as Crunchyroll would have it:

The series kicks off today, 3rd January 2017, with episodes airing at 4:30PM every Monday.
Crunchyroll's winter 2017 UK streaming line-up to date:

- Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga
- Chain Chronicle - The Light of Haecceitas
