That's quite an attractive price indeed. I wonder if FunimationNow will become serious competition for Crunchyroll :)

Not bad at all actually. Once they get the console apps up I'll likley partake.

I'm having a brain fart. Does that mean sub-only will be simcast too, or is the sub-only price just catalogue stuff? Pretty great price indeed if its simcast stuff, I'll be all over it like a cheap suit.

Sub-only is catalogue and simulcast shows.

    huh

Interesting I wonder how that will effect crunchyrolls simulcast in the uk, wonder if there is a possibility of them releasing Fairy Tail on dvd/bd here or if they just have the streaming rights

Still no one piece though sadly :(

The price is pretty low, but I just hate those .99 in prices.

It's pretty standard to offer .99 prices. It's supposed to trick us into believing it's cheaper :p Doesn't work on me. It's 4 or 7. I'll be going for the latter as I'm a dub man.

    I'm a dub girl lol.

I also like owning physical copies so like with Crunchy Roll, I just can't commit lol.

Thankfully out of my entire collection of anime, there's only one that's "rubbish" in that I'll never watch it. I'm not a hasty buyer that will buy just anything thankfully :)

Maybe if I get the internet at mine and find myself with a lot more solo time than intended (meaning if I stay single lol :p), I may subscribe to this. Otherwise I won't have time to make the most of it and it'll be a waste of money.

Given that Crunchyroll are also streaming it in the US, I doubt this will have any effect.
FUNi have always had full rights; Manga sub-licensed what they have from them.

Like Jurgen Prochnow, Curt Jurgens and umm... Sean Connery..., I'm a subs kinda chap, so I may give the 3.99 sub a try for a while, though my anime tastes tend to the niche series so I'll have a good look at their catalogue first before committing dosh.

Bit of a random question, but how do you access the US Funimation page on Facebook now?

Also, is Date A Live Animax Exclusive?

Date a Live is licensed by Kaz?, and currently only available to stream in the UK on Animax.

    --edit--

I should also point out that the license is probably streaming-only, at least that was Andrew's recollection from when he was working with Kaz?.

Hm 4 is awesome for just subs, it looks promising... maybe finally less of ''not available in your country'' and having to go to Kissanime
