Ross founded the UK Anime Network back in 1995, and following Andy Hanley's retirement has returned to the post of Editor-in-Chief in 2017. What an old man!
Ross started UKA as a teenager while living in the wilds of Buckinghamshire. Over the years he's covered sweeping changes in the UK anime market, been poached to write some stuff for Sony and helps MVM Entertainment to run their PR.
When not writing, editing or coding UKA, Ross runs a marketing and design company called Etharius, which keeps him occupied. Taking everything he learned from coding UKA, he's made a living from setting up other websites and navigating online marketing. Handy things, hobbies!
Ross also sketches, is a keen cyclist, writes articles and collects Transformers, keeping him rooted in his youth and drowning in robot Rubik's cubes!
Ross visits Japan at least one month out of every year to enjoy the culture, buy robots and attend conventions.
