Hot on the heels of other recent additions, Friday saw streaming service Netflix add another couple of notable arrivals to their line-up.
Foremost amongst these newcomers is Gantz:O, a 2016 CG film based around the source material's Osaka story arc and directed by Yasushi Kawamura (who was also the CGI director of Appleseed Ex Machina). The film is available with both Japanese and English audio, with English amongst the film's subtitle options.
Netflix simply describes the story thus: "Teams of recently deceased people who've been revived and given high-tech weapons must cooperate to defeat an army of monsters in Tokyo and Osaka." Well, they're not wrong.
You can find Gantz:O on this Netflix page. We've also just reviewed the film right here on the site, so you can find our thoughts over here.
Also added to the service is "Season 2" of The Seven Deadly Sins - this comprises just four additional episodes of the shonen series to add to the existing first series already available on Netflix. You can find these additional episodes on this Netflix page.
