Crunchyroll streams GARO -Vanishing Line-

Crunchyroll have added a late addition to their Autumn simulcast line-up with the arrival of urban horror action series GARO -Vanishing Line-. Five episodes of the series are currently available to all users, with the sixth episode currently only available to premium subscribers.

GARO began life as a live-action tokusatsu series in 2006, eventually leading to a movie in 2009 and sequel series two years later. Since then the franchise has spawned numerous sequels and spin-offs, including two unrelated anime series in 2014 and 2015. All three anime seasons are licensed by Funimation in the US, but Vanishing Line is the first GARO series to be officially streamed in the UK.

Synopsis: In the fictious Russell City, the bearer of the Golden Knight Garo armour is a muscular man named Sword. During his mission to rid the world of terrifying monsters known as Horrors, Sword hears stirrings of a secret plot. His only clue are the words "El Dorado." He meets Sophie Heness, a girl searching for her missing older brother who has only left her with the same words. Drawn together by the words, the pair work together to find out its meaning.
