Ross founded the UK Anime Network back in 1995, and following Andy Hanley's retirement has returned to the post of Editor-in-Chief in 2017. What an old man!

Channel 4 will be screening the dubbed version of the seminal Ghibli animated feature, When Marnie Was There, on Wednesday August 23rd at 11am.

The film will also be screened subtitled a week later, with a timeslot to be confirmed.

When Marnie was There adapts the original novel by Joan G Robinson's novel of the same name, though it moves the story from Norfolk, England, to Sapporo. The film has received glowing reviews so it's worth marking your calendar!

Film 4 will screen Isao Takahaa's The Tale of the Princess Kaguya at 11am on Tuesday August 22nd.
