Channel 4 will be screening the dubbed version of the seminal Ghibli animated feature, When Marnie Was There, on Wednesday August 23rd at 11am.
The film will also be screened subtitled a week later, with a timeslot to be confirmed.
When Marnie was There adapts the original novel by Joan G Robinson's novel of the same name, though it moves the story from Norfolk, England, to Sapporo. The film has received glowing reviews so it's worth marking your calendar!
Film 4 will screen Isao Takahaa's The Tale of the Princess Kaguya at 11am on Tuesday August 22nd.
Ross founded the UK Anime Network waaay back in 1995 and works in and around the anime world in his spare time.
