Anime Limited release date changes and additions

Written by D. R. on 09 Jan 2018

The Anime Limited release schedule page looks to have had a few changes recently, with some previously unscheduled releases being given dates. Even some which were in a bit of release schedule limbo, due seemingly to licensing shenanigans over the pond, now have solid dates.

The most interesting of these, from a licensing point of view, is perhaps Testament of Sister New Devil Part 1. The series is now listed as being distributed in the UK by Anime Limited on behalf of Crunchyroll. This will mark the anime streaming giant’s first foray into the UK physical media market, as well as answering a few questions about how them diving into the US physical market might effect us in the UK. You can find the full list of changes below:

29th January 2018

  •
Fairy Tail Part 22 (Funimation)

26th February 2018

  • Napping Princess

  • Grimgar: Ashes & Illusions

  • Princess Arete

  • Assassination Classroom Season 2 Part 2 (Funimation)

12th March 2018

  • Testament of Sister New Devil Part 1 (Crunchyroll)
