Andy has been writing for UK Anime since 2006, and was the site's editor-in-chief until August 2017.  Contrary to popular belief, Andy is not actually a robot.

It may not feel like it, but it's been over a year since Anime Limited's Ultimate Edition treatment of Full Metal Panic hit the UK, collecting all three series of the show to date in a single bumper box.

If that edition of the franchise was too rich for your tastes but you still want to get your hands on the show in its entirety however, then the distributor has today announced that they'll be selling a Full Metal Panic! Blu-ray Collection exclusively via their own web store.

This edition will be strictly limited to just 300 units (a new magic number for limited edition production runs, perhaps?) and contains all three series of the show in Amaray cases and complete with a Limited Edition art box to hold them in.

This Blu-ray Collection is set for release on 6th March 2017, with a retail price of £49.99, although if you pre-order between now and February 21st that price has been reduced to £39.99.

You can read more and find a pre-order link for the release on the All The Anime Blog.
