I don't recall a supermarket on the way from Haymarket to the apartments on Dalry Road, but there is a proper offie and a corner shop on the way.

There's a few places to buy alcohol near the flats. There's an off-license round the corner as well as a few co-ops and sainsburys in town.

Just a reminder for everyone though - Licensing hours in Scotland are between 10am-10pm you can't buy any alcohol from shops outwith this time. So if you're going a booze run can't be first thing in morning or last thing at night

also. You may regret seeing Budori Gusuko. but the memories we'll all have of watching it together will make up for it. Its a film that needs to be seen to be believed. And after 5 years. Some of us are ready to re-witness this.
Please come watch it. It'll be fun

Films will be announced this month along with the date tickets are available. Then you just go to the film house website that day and grab tickets as soon as you can.

There isn't normally a problem if you buy day 1 but some films do sell out by the time of the event. You get a bit of a sliding scale discount the more tickets you book.

We get towels and basic toiletries. I would suggest bringing your own as we don't get a cleaning service.

York Place is not far at all for you. Just get the tram.

Supermarket wise, there is a Nisa near the flat which we used, plus a good off license! I will be stopping off at a supermarket for basics though to equip the flats.

So is it Friday, Saturday and Sunday we all wana purchase for this yes my loves?

Seb, having insanely long hair, is there anything on the reservations about if they supply a hairdryer please?

I have one that's small enough but would rather check.

Guys do you typically have it so we eat in the flats and then eat out for the rest or?

I'm happy to just follow what normally gets done.

There's a pub here called Tusk and when I walked past it last Friday, I thought of you all fondly xxx

We tend to eat out. You are literally at the Picturehouse all day from Midday to Midnight if you are doing the full programme. Sainsburys around the corner is a lifeline.

There's plenty of stuff to choose from if you want a meal if you have a break between films. Nandos is just round the corner if I remember as well.

Yup, and there's a pretty decent burger place nearby. I thought it was a couple of doors down from the cinema, but I remember us going across the road last year. Maybe there are two burger places on that street...?

I assume it's just that apparatus from SLA proper like BR was last year.
